Return & Reimbursement Policy

Official Stealthy provides a 15-day return and refund policy starting from the date your order is successfully delivered. Due to the nature of our products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or product preference.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a full return and replacement or refund. To begin the process, please contact us at sales@officialstealthy.com within the 15-day period and include clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a return shipping label and provide step-by-step instructions for sending the item back.

All approved damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.
